My children attend a private school. The school allows Indiana Childcare Voucher to pay for the tuition. They recieve free lunch. However, the I do not like the school because it's like a public school. I want to transfer my children to another private school but I can not afford it because they don't take the childcare voucher. Do I still qualify for the Choice voucher program since my children are not coming from a public school. However they will have to go to a public school in Aug. 2007.
